  1. SCOPE OF USE AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE All chemicals, peptides, and reagents (the “Products”) provided byTides 4 Change llc are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational use. The Products are not intended for human or animal use of any kind, including but not limited to: food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. By purchasing, the Buyer represents that they are a qualified researcher and are aware of the risks associated with the handling of these substances. Any mention of human or animal administration in communications with the Company will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from future access.
  2. NO ON-SITE DATA STORAGE OR ACCOUNTS To protect user privacy and minimize data liability, Tides 4 Change llc does not allow the creation of user accounts.
  • Guest Checkout Only: All transactions are processed as guest checkouts.
  • Data Minimization: No personal profiles, purchase histories, or login credentials are stored on our servers.
  • No Financial Data: This website does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or banking information.
  1. PAYMENT PROTOCOLS Payment for orders is not processed directly on this website. Upon completing a checkout request, the Buyer will be directed to a secure, third-party payment gateway or provided with off-site payment instructions (e.g., Cryptocurrency or eCheck). The contract of sale is only finalized once payment is confirmed by the third-party processor.
  2. SHIPPING AND TEMPERATURE STABILITY Products are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. While stable at ambient temperatures during transit, the Buyer agrees to store products in a temperature-controlled environment (refrigeration/freezing) immediately upon receipt.Tides 4 Change llc is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
  3. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
  • No Returns: Due to the risk of cross-contamination and temperature sensitivity, all sales are final.
  • Damaged Items: Claims for products damaged during transit must be submitted via email with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the “Delivered” timestamp.
  • Third-Party Testing: Refunds based on purity concerns will only be considered if accompanied by a verified HPLC/Mass Spec report from an accredited laboratory.
  1. INDEMNITY The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tides 4 Change llc, its directors, and employees from any legal claims, health complications, or damages resulting from the handling, misuse, or application of the Products.
